Kjell has 24 years of experience as CEO in in global industrial enterprises and 30 years of experience as Chairman of the Board at a number of national and international, listed and not listed companies.
He has previously held positions as CFO and CEO of Glamox Group, CEO of NordAqua and CEO of EWOS Group.

Currently he is Chairman of the Board in Axio AS, Nordlaks Group, Sparebank1 SMN, Norsk Landbrukskjemi, Norwegian Research Council section HAV and vice charman of ENTRA asa.

Kjell holds a MoS (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics and an AMP from Wharton Business School.
