Erik has more than ten years of experience within corporate finance. His previous employers include Converto Capital, Nordea Investment Banking, and Alpha Corporate Finance.
He has experience from working on a broad range of transactions such as m&a buyside and sellside, IPOs, secondary offerings, and restructurings within various industries such as oil service, software, transport and logistics, and seafood.
Erik has an MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Cornell University and Queens University.
